Špindlerův Mlýn is the biggest ski resort in the Czech Republic and that is why it is being connected primarily with the winter season. But it has loads to offer during the summer as well. The surrounding of Špindlerův Mlýn offers plenty of attractive possibilities such as hiking, MTB riding and many different sport activities and adrenaline experience.We would like to offer a great opportunity to organize a school trip at unbeatable prices based on unique offer of accommodation and sport activities.

Accommodation

We offer accommodation in the Hostel „Tourist Chalet“(turistická chata) which is located in the skiresort Svatý Petr directly by the black-slope range. The Tourist Chalet offers double, four- and sixbedded rooms. There is a common sanitary facility, separately for girls and boys. The total capacity is 60 beds and in the winter season is used exclusively for the ski-instructors of our ski school. The challet amenities are ideal for school and other children groups and that is why we offer accommodation at special prices during the summer season.

Trips to the mountains

Špindlerův Mlýn is an ideal starting point for the hiking trips to the Krkonoše (Giant Mountains) National Park. You can reach famous tourist destinations such as White Labe valley, Spring of Labe, Waterfalls of Pudlava, Špindlerova chalet, Luční chalet, Goat spines (Kozí hřbety), Giant trough (Obří důl), Snowy-mountain (Sněžka – the highest Czech mountain) within half day or full day trips. You can use a chairlift as a diversification of the journey that is going to save you a bit of time and walk on your way to see the beauty of Giant Mountains.

Sport Activities

The ideal place for sport activities is our Freetime Park in Svatý Petr located right in front of the Tourist Chalet. You can spend your free time by playing different sports games such as Frisbee disc golf, football, volleyball, petanque, cricket or you can enjoy the downhill ride on the mountain scooter or mountainboard. If you are courageous enough you can enrich your stay by climbing the climbing wall or try the 120m long bridging over the sports resort. We gladly adapt the program according to your requirements. There are also other possibilities around the village such as bobsleigh track, rope park, aquapark and much more.
